Greetings from Buddha Park, Vientiane!

Seeing as how the entire region of Southeast Asia has this raging collective hard-on for Buddha, they built a park with a whole lot of Buddha statues – supposedly because they thought they had enough temples. Anyway, here's what it looks like with yours truly in there:

It's also got statues of other kinds of entities and deities – Buddhism and Hinduism are kinda converging here. It's quite impressive, and you shouldn't go to Vientiane without swinging by.

By the way, we learned that Vientiane isn't pronounced 'Vien-ti-ah-nay', but 'Vien-chan'. Well, then HOW ABOUT SCRATCHING THAT DAMN 'E' AT THE END SO PEOPLE CAN FIGURE THAT SHIT OUT?! Jeez.
