Hanoi sucks!

While my lovely assistant is out exploring Hanoi on our last day here, yours truly is stuck in bed with a bad case of stomach bug. And while I'm bummed out about missing the walking tour I was supposed to attend, I'm taking the opportunity to explain why Hanoi is still my least favorite part of Vietnam so far:

Indeed, unlike what the name of one former Finnish hard rock group might have you believe, Hanoi doesn't really rock. Except for this fine pirate-themed rock bar that was so nice as to play Van Halen, KISS, AC/DC, and the like.

So far, Da Nang is my supremely favorite city in Vietnam. As for Southeast Asia, though, things might change soon, as we're gonna be headed towards Bangkok in less than 24 hours after shooting this video.
